Back by popular demand in Canary Wharf: our winter Pods have returned. Take the helm and explore the historic docks as the skyline lights up, with drinks from GoBoat to toast the occasion. Open until 10pm, perfect for evening plans. Fancy open-air views? Wrap up warm and join our skippered cruise.
Now in Paddington: you loved them in Canary Wharf, so from 16 November our Pods are in Paddington too. Relax while our skipper takes you past colourful houseboats, just minutes from London Zoo and Camden Lock. A relaxed, family-friendly winter afternoon in central London.

Rally your crew of friends, family or co-workers for an epic few hours seeing London from a fresh perspective.
Depending on your vibe, we've got four prime locations ranging from beginner-friendly to more ambitious for confident newbies. GoBoat is also a great option for corporate boat hire in London, offering a refreshing way to connect with colleagues outside the office.
Our eco-friendly electric GoBoats cruise along at a relaxed pace, letting you just hang out and soak up all the scenic views.
Each boat has room for you and up to 7 other mates, and your four-legged friend is more than welcome to join. On board, you'll find a handy map to help you make the most of your adventure. We've got recommended routes, but you're free to go wayward and chart your own course!
Safety first - so we'll show you the ropes with an online tutorial video before arrival, then a quick on-site session to get you ship-shape. Just be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to maximise that glorious water time.

Urban Explorer
Enjoy the hidden side of London from this historic canal in the capital! Paddington is an alcohol-free location. You'll see:
- Little Venice
- Maida Hill Tunnel
- Regent's Park
- London Zoo
- Camden Lock
Located at Merchant Square this route is best suited for confident beginners due to the narrow waterways and oncoming trip boats.
No alcohol is permitted but you can bring your own picnic.
City Adventure
Canary Wharf is a buzzing centre of commerce, leisure and culture. Purchase alcohol from our kiosk. You'll see:
- Harbour Quay Gardens
- Crossrail Place
- Billingsgate Market
- Blackwall Basin
- The O2
Find us at Wood Wharf near Hawksmoor and Dishoom. On foot, follow Bellmouth Promenade East. This route is great for first-timers.
Alcohol may be purchased from our kiosk or via QR code to be delivered directly to your boat.
You can bring your own food or pre-order from our food partner Gallio.
River Retreat
Located on Riverside Walk, just next to Kingston Bridge. Bring a picnic with you and take a leisurely boat trip along the Thames in either direction from your starting point. Bring your own alcohol. You'll see:
- Kingston Bridge
- Raven's Ait Island
- Thames Ditton
- Steven's Eyot
- Trowlock Island
Find us at Riverside Walk steps opposite Côte Brasserie. This route is great for first-timers and families.
You may bring your own food and a limited amount of alcohol with you.
Village Escape
Find us on Summer Road, in the village of Thames Ditton. Bring a picnic with you and take a leisurely boat trip along the river in either direction from your starting point. You're in for a picturesque experience. Bring your own alcohol. You'll see:
- Hampton Court Palace
- Thames Ditton Island
- Raven's Ait Island
- Kingston riverside
Find us on Summer Road near Ye Olde Swan pub. This route is great for first-timers and families.
You may bring your own food and a limited amount of alcohol with you.
